Vegetarian Food

Vegetarianism is the practice of abstaining from the consumption of meat – red meat, poultry, seafood and the flesh of any other animal; it may also include abstention from by-products of animal slaughter. Vegetarianism can be adopted for different reasons. Many object to eating meat out of respect for sentient life. But you don't have to be a vegetarian to enjoy meat-free meals! More and more meat-eaters are cutting down on meat or seeing it as more of a treat due to the impact that the consumption of a lot of meat can have on one's health, the environment and, of course, the animals themselves. Did you know that the meat trade generates more greenhouse gases than all of the world's cars, trains and planes combined?
