When it comes to fitness and health, it's not all about sport and exercise. Keeping a healthy mind is just as important. Your mental health and emotional wellbeing is something that you should always keep in mind and recognise in others so that you can offer support and maintain positive relationships.

What Are Rights & Responsibilities?
We have rights, which we get from laws, and we also have responsibilities. Responsibilities can be legal (for example, to pay taxes and obey other laws) or they can be moral.
Something that is moral is the correct thing to do, though we are not always forced to do it by law. An example would be not dropping your empty crisp packet on the pavement. No one will arrest you for chucking it on the ground, but the street and the community would look a lot better if you didn't.
If someone has the right to free speech, then you have the responsibility not to shut them up (and so take away their right).
If you have the right to education, someone has the responsibility to provide it for you and you have the responsibility not to disrupt lessons and prevent your classmates from their right to education.
Wherever there are rights, responsibilities also exist otherwise no one would be able to receive their rights. It's about balance.

Draw up a simple weekly budget sheet showing your income eg pocket money, activity money, and expenses for the week (eg hair cut, cinema visits etc). We have started you off with a spreadsheet, so download it, fill it in and print it off.

Scenario One

It is late in the evening and the streets are empty. You are alone walking down a dark street and at the end of it you can see three drunk men staggering about, shouting and swearing at each other and being pretty thuggish. It looks like one of them points at you and says something to his friend. Your quickest route is straight on and it would add ten minutes to your journey if you turned around and walked back on yourself. What would you do?

Scenario Two
You have got lost in London and find yourself surrounded by a gang of teenagers who are all talking to you quite aggressively. One of them says he's going to "take you down" if you don't give him your rucksack whilst another tells his friend to "stop being out of order" others are watching and not saying anything. You are a bit confused. What do you do?

Scenario Three
You are walking along the roadside on your way to a friend's house. A man pulls up and offers you a lift. You politely decline his offer and walk on. He then drives up to you again and offers you £50 saying "Go on, here's a few quid to get some new clothes. I'm a nice guy and I like helping people." He looks and seems really nice. It's a busy road, there are people around. What do you do?
